To assist S.1 students in adapting to secondary school life as soon as possible, our school's Counselling, Health and Sex Education Committee has organized the "S.1 Counselling Programme" from September 11th to October 16th, spanning four consecutive weeks after school.

This program was primarily arranged by a group of S.2 to S.5 student counsellors, who organized various relaxing and engaging activities to help S.1 students familiarize themselves with our school, learn self-management skills, make friends, practise the spirit of care, and develop a growth mindset.

Through these activities, we were delighted to see S.1 students actively participating and enjoying themselves. We also believe that the program can enhance their social and self-care abilities. The student counsellors, through providing reminders, assistance, and care, have also established a peer support system, strengthening their confidence and leadership skills, and fostering their mutual learning and growth. Ultimately, the beneficiaries themselves are transformed into helpers.

為幫助中一學生早日適應中學生活，本校輔導委員會於9月11日至10月16日，連續四個星期的放學時間，舉辦了「中一輔導計劃」。

此計劃主要由一班中二至中五的學生輔導員安排不同輕鬆、有趣的活動，幫助中一學生認識學校、學習自我管理、認識朋友、實踐關愛精神，以及保持成長心態。

透過這四次活動，我們喜見中一學生投入參與活動，樂在其中；我們也相信計劃能提升中一學生的社交能力及自理能力。而學生輔導員透過提醒、協助及關懷，也建立了朋輩支援系統，加强了他們的自信心和領導能力，彼此學習成長。最終讓受助者也轉化成助人者。
